Villa Vincentia is an architecturally designed two bedroom cottage perfect for couples or a small family retreat. A stone's throw away from the waterfront reserve and easy access to Blenheim Beach. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, cosy fireplace, ceiling fans and a plasma TV. With easy access to the beach from the rear entry of the block via the driveway, you will find yourself surrounded by what nature has to offer at the beach front reserve.
There is stacked firewood under the owners holiday home at the rear of the property. The main upstairs bedroom is a loft as shown in the pictures with a spiral staircase. There is a carspace to the right at the front of the villa.
1. This cottage is well located, with direct access to the reserve leading to the beach. The beautiful beach is typical of Jervis Bay with fine white sand and clear water. The cottage is light and airy with a loft style main bedroom up a spiral staircase and a second bedroom downstairs. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped for self catering.
2. This is a lovely modern open plan villa. Blenheim beach was a 5 min walk around the corner, very handy. The group of shops in Vincentia town is about 30 min walk.
*After a day out viewing the spectacular migrating whales and dolphins breaching and flipping out of the twinkling waters, Villa Vincentia is perfect for a "Winter or Holiday Escape", as the property has a cosy fire to chill out around. As well don't forget the winter food and wine festival to tantalise your tastebuds at our Shoalhaven wineries.
Things to do:
Guests may hire a bike and ride along the bike/cylce way which takes you to Huskisson. There are whale and dolphin watch cruises, breathtaking natural beauty fringed by spectacular national parks of long beaches, with the finest white sands in the world. With Jervis Bay Wild at Huskisson, the South Coast Passage is a breathtaking 2.5 hour tour exploring the unspoilt South Coast coastline from Currarong to Huskisson, Jervis Bay. They also offer a selection of fun tours including kayaks, canoes,stand up paddle boards and boom netting in the summer months.There is also a New Years Eve fireworks cruise on-board Port Venture. She has 5 viewing stations, disabled access and disabled amenities on board. Cruise the pristine clear waters of Jervis Bay Marine Park and perhaps you may see some of our resident Bottlenose dolphins along the way. Fireworks commence at 9pm.
Come down during 26th May Monday 11th June to enjoy the SeeChange festival at Jervis Bay to view the range of arts and performers which is an important milestone of the history in our festival celebrating the culture, community and environment of Jervis Bay and Basin.

If you only require the linen service for a certain number of beds and not the entire property, please contact our booking team for a quote.
If you dont book the linen service, then you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. There are pillows, blankets and quilts with covers on the beds. BYO beach towels.

A bond is payable 2 days prior to the stay

Standard check in is strictly from 3pm and check out is strictly at 10am. Please contact the office to enquire about an early check in time depending on the time of the year. If we take a back to back booking, which forces a same day turn around we will not be able to honour the earlier time. We can offer you a complimentary 1 hour extension of the check in or check out time as a gesture of goodwill, which would still depend on whether we are able to.
To hire linen is by email request at $35 per double or queen bed and $25 per single bed.
The cleaning fee is: $90 and the booking fee is: $180
