The spacious bedroom can be closed off from the sitting area providing privacy and quiet. As well there is a futon lounge perfect if you would like to bring 2 small children along. The property has a fully equipped kitchen / laundry and lovely renovated bathroom for guests enjoyment. A car space is provided for guests for off street parking inside the gate.

If you don't book the linen service, then you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. There are pillows, blankets and quilts with doona covers on the beds. BYO beach towels.

Standard check in is strictly from 3pm and check out is strictly at 10am. Please contact the office to enquire about an early check in time depending on the time of the year. If we take a back to back booking, which forces a same day turn around we will not be able to honour the earlier time. We can offer you a complimentary 1 hour extension of the check in or check out time as a gesture of goodwill, which would still depend on whether we are able to.
To hire linen is by email request at $35 per double bed and a double bed for the futon.
