Sea Dreamer in Waldegrave has the most amazing views of Jervis Bay off the front deck. The property is 2 storey with a lounge room, kitchen, dining, bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs. This flows out onto the massive entertaining deck with a gas BBQ, deck lounges and an outdoor dining setting. There is a 2nd family room downstairs with a 2nd toilet and a 2nd shower in the laundry. Included for guests to enjoy is free WIFI, chrome caster dongle is provided to log into your own paid TV channel and a piano to play your favourite tunes for sing alongs with family or friends. With only 5 minute walk to the beach(short cut across the road).
Sea Dreamer in Waldegrave has a dishwasher and coffee plunger in the kitchen. Toys and games for children are in the downstairs bedroom/ family room cupboard, with a fold out sofa lounge/bed which sleeps 2. There is a storage box under the sofa with doonas, blankets and pillows for the bed. The laundry with a 2nd shower and toilet is downstairs as well so guests residing downstairs can utilise this. The backyard is great for little or big kids to play a game in, however the driveway is a little steep.This property has it all for a perfect relaxing holiday by the sea to soak up the ambience of our magical area, perfect for a city or country escape.
The area is popular for viewing whales and dolphins from the beach, fishing, kayaking, jet skiing, boating, swimming, surfing, walking, rock climbing, whale and dolphin watching cruises, hiking and especially exploring in the Jervis Bay marine park with the whitest sands in Australia. Also too there are plenty of scenic spots for picnics & sunset views.
Vincentia is a town in New South Wales, Australia in the City of Shoalhaven, on the shores of Jervis Bay close to Hyams Beach. It is roughly 30km south of Nowra and approximately 250 km south of Sydney.

Amanda - January 2019Great location in Vincentia, only a five min walk from the beach. The House itself was relatively clean. Check in and check out was super easy. We enjoyed our stay at this house and comfortably slept 5 people.

Directions to property and Key/Access details will be emailed to the guest at 24 hours prior to arrival. During the stay, information can be found on our app or call the office.
If you only require the linen service for a certain number of beds and not the entire property, please contact our linen hire service.
If you don't book the linen service, then you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. There are pillows, blankets and quilts with covers on the beds. BYO beach towels.

Standard check in is strictly from 3pm and check out is strictly at 10am. Please contact the office to enquire about an early check in time depending on the time of the year. If we take a back to back booking, which forces a same day turnaround we will not be able to honour the earlier time. We can offer you a complimentary 1 hour extension of the check in or check out time as a gesture of goodwill, which would still depend on whether we are able to.
To hire linen is by email request at $35 per king or queen bed and $25 per single bed.
No check out on Christmas Day.
