Bayside has a well equipped kitchen with original artworks by a variety of local South Coast artists complement the casually comfortable decor. The kitchen, dining and lounge area is open plan and very spacious. The rear deck has a large gas barbecue where you can cook and relax looking out to Jervis Bay for guests to view the migrating whales frolicking and flipping out of the water or watch the dolphins surfing the waves.
The beach house has a child safe yard which is fully fenced backing on to the bike track.
Just step across the bike track and you are on the fabulous white sands of Collingwood Beach or a five minute drive to Hyams Beach.

Directions to property and Key/Access details will be emailed to the guest at 24 hours prior to arrival. During the stay, information can be found on our app or call the office.
If you only require the linen service for a certain number of beds and not the entire property, please contact our booking team for a quote.
If you dont book the linen service, then you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. There are pillows, blankets and quilts with covers on the beds. BYO beach towels.

This property will not consider bookings for "schoolies", you must inform us if you are a schoolies group as some of our properties will consider schoolies. If a schoolies type booking is discovered, then you willbe asked to leave, as a breach of the Terms & Conditions has been made and no monies will be discounted.
Our properties will also not allow tents or caravans on the property, you will be asked to leave, as a breach of the Terms & Conditions has been made and no monies will be discounted.
A bond is payable 2 days prior to the stay
For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure

Standard check in is strictly from 3pm and check out is strictly at 10am. Please contact the office to enquire about an early check in time depending on the time of the year. If we take a back to back booking, which forces a same day turn around we will not be able to honour the earlier time. We can offer you a complimentary 1 hour extension of the check in or check out time as a gesture of goodwill, which would still depend on whether we are able to.
To hire linen is by email request at $35 per double or queen bed and $25 per single bed.
The cleaning fee is $200
The bond is $500
