Pride and Joy is a newly renovated home with beautiful finishes and furnishings. Toiletries and linen are included with this property, your luxury home away from home. WIFI is included with an office desk. Bring your furry babies as they too are allowed!! Fitted with a ethanol fireplace to keep you cosy & warm over winter, with heaters also in bedrooms for a very relaxing getaway just chilling. No linen to pack just roll up and enjoy!! Linen and some toiletries are included.

There is a private en-suite with a bath to soak away in. The property is fully fenced to keep your pets safe with a beautiful deck to enjoy sitting out on. The property also includes ceiling fans to keep cool at night in the 2 main bedrooms.

The modern designed kitchen has a dishwasher and a coffee pod machine. Also included for guests is an I-pod dock. The property is close to a few local boat ramps centred around the waterways of Sanctuary Point. The area has plenty of kangaroos to be seen and beautiful birdlife. sanctuary Pointis great for fishing, boating or just basking in the sun or on the front veranda of Pride and Joy in the shade. So bring the boat or the big toys as there is ample parking at the property!! There is a lock up single carport for security.

A 2 litre bottle of ethanol will be available for the fireplace to guests for the first nightstay, however then guests will have to purchase a top up from the hardware store just up the road. The shopping centre of Sanctuary Point has a bottle shop, IGA supermarket, bakery, Thai restaurant, pizzaand fish and chips5 minutes from the property. The St Georges Basin Country Club is close by for meals and entertainment with a free courtesy bus.

Things to do:

Guests may hire a bike and ride along the bike/cycle way which takes you to Huskisson. There are whale and dolphin watch cruises, breathtaking natural beauty fringed by spectacular national parks of long beaches, with the finest white sands in the world. With Jervis Bay Wild at Huskisson, the South Coast Passage is a breathtaking 2.5 hour tour exploring the unspoilt South Coast coastline from Currarong to Huskisson, Jervis Bay. They also offer a selection of fun tours including kayaks, canoes,stand up paddle boards and boom netting in the summer months.There is also a New Years Eve fireworks cruise on-board Port Venture. She has 5 viewing stations, disabled access and disabled amenities on board. Cruise the pristine clear waters of Jervis Bay Marine Park and perhaps you may see some of our resident Bottlenose dolphins along the way. Fireworks commence at 9pm.

Booderee national park is beautiful with great spots for swimming,bush walks, with lots of places to drive around and visit.There is a good walk if you drive through the national park, park your car at Caves Beach (lots of kangaroos ), walk through a small bush track (about 10 mins walk) and head south along the beach to the inlet of Sussex Inlet, about 1 -1 .5 hours walk. Also snorkelling and lazing around at Blenheim, Collingwood, Orion, Hyams, Chinamans and Murray Beaches. Known for its abundance and variety of sea life, you really must go out for a fish. Whether that be in the boat or on land, you can catch anything from bream to kingfish to marlin and hire kayaks and go into St Georges Basin.

Standard check in is strictly from 3pm and check out is strictly at 10am. Please contact the office to enquire about an early check in time depending on the time of the year. If we take a back to back booking, which forces a same day turn around we will not be able to honour the earlier time. We can offer you a complimentary 1 hour extension of the check in or check out time as a gesture of goodwill, which would still depend on whether we are able to.

The cleaning fee is: $260 including linen and the booking fee is: $180
