PALM HOUSE is a newly renovated, two storey home, just a short stroll to beautiful Collingwood Beach.
Located in a lovely quiet leafy street and the beautiful pristine white sands of Jervis Bay, coastal walks and cycling path. The property is also conveniently located within walking distance to the Vincentia Shopping village, cafes and restaurants. The Vincentia Golf Club is also a short 2 minute drive away.
There is a bike hire place on Elizabeth Drive not far from the property if you would like to hire or bring your own. Its a great family home that is well appointed to make your stay a memorable and relaxing one.
As you enter on the ground level there is a large kid's retreat, that sleeps up to 4 and contains everything to keep the them entertained. There is a 40 inch HD TV with a large selection of DVDs, a Blu Ray player and I-Pod dock, board games and a selection of toys. Chill on the 3 seater sofa or the comfy bean bags supplied. Such practicalities as a wardrobe and a games table are also supplied. This room has its own adjoining bathroom and through the back sliding doors you can directly access the large back yard where theres plenty of room to kick a ball and run around.
Also on this level, there is a well-equipped laundry that offers a washing machine, dryer and a large 2nd fridge for overflow drinks and food. The laundry is conveniently located from the front entry for all your sandy swimsuits and towels plus a doorway that leads you straight out the back, to the clothes line.
Upstairs consists of an open plan living area with a large oval dining table that extends to seat 10 comfortably. Throw open both the front and back double sliding doors and enjoy the cool sea breezes from Jervis Bay. Relax here on our large comfy corner couch and occasional chairs, watch TV on a second 40 inch HDTV with DVD player or stream your choice of music on the blu tooth speaker supplied. Eat Alfresco on the main deck whilst enjoying the beautiful district and water views at rear. You can watch the kids play on the lawn below in a safe yard.
Provided is a top of the line Ziegler and Brown BBQ as well as an outdoor dining table, separate umbrella and stand.
The kitchen is freshly renovated with European stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, convection cooktop and oven, range hood and microwave plus a large stainless steel fridge. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare, cook and serve meals for up to 10.
We supply a Nespresso coffee machine and Aeroccino, 4 piece family toaster with crumpet and fruit toast settings. The kettle is modern and features boiling settings for herbal and regular teas.
Upstairs features 3 double bedrooms, all with brand new mattresses and bedding, with a fresh modern feel. Bedroom 1 and 2 feature queen size beds, both with built in wardrobes and bedroom 3 has a double bed. All our bedrooms have side tables, lamps, laundry hampers and baskets, full length mirrors and space for you to unpack your belongings and really settle in during your stay.
The upstairs bathroom is a three way configuration consisting of separate toilet, shower and bath plus a modern double ceramic vanity, ideal for large families and perfect for avoiding bathroom traffic jams.

Great Location and Home!
We had such a great time at the Palm House! The layout of the home is great for a group of people and would be great for kids. There is a big backyard and balcony which was great for BBQs. Air conditioning was an extra bonus too for the hot weather. I would definitely recommend this house! January 2019
It's my second time at Palm House and it was as good as last time. Karl was a great host once again answering all my questions, giving all the instructions and letting me have a late check out. It's perfect for families and/or groups of friends for being a big house with many facilities. I hope I can come back again and again :)
Very comfortable and stylish house close to the beach and shops
Just got back from the weekend and we had a lovely time, Jervis Bay is an absolutely stunning part of the world! We stayed as three couples and had a lovely relaxing weekend. The place is large and could easily accommodate more for larger groups. Bit disappointing with no linen included for the price you pay but everything else is there and ready for use. The kitchen is large, modern and new, lovely comfy beds, great views from the balcony, large open relaxing places and plenty of games and activities to keep everyone occupied! The location is quiet and super peaceful so as long as you have transport the place is ideal to explore the wonder and beauty that is Jervis Bay
Myself and a group of friends stayed at Palm House and it was great. The rooms were spacious, the bbq was great and the balconys were wonderful chill out areas. The house was very close the Huskisson town centre and Collingwood beach was just around the corner

Really enjoyed our stay here... Great spaces to relax, super comfy beds, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and lots of little extra touches throughout. The ownershave certainly put lots of love & effort into making Palm House a home away from home and they've thought of everything. Would love to stay again!
This place was amazing. I went down with a group of 10 people, and we all were quite impressed with the house. A large and spacious 2 storey house, that is rustic and makes it feel like home, but has all the modern amenities that we dream of in today's scene - the best of both worlds! Well equipped and well stocked with all that you need for a getaway. It was a great house to accommodate a large group - just for a nice retreat together. The agent was very helpful, informative, and friendly! Hoping for a longer stay, next time!
It was a pleasant stay like home away from home. Very serene and secluded. So quiet that one can hear birds chirping throughout the day. Still very convenient location close to shops and a short drive to famous Hyams Beach & Booderree national park. Beautifully manicured rooms.Overall 9/10.

Pillows, quilts and quilt covers are provided. You will need to bring your own bed linen and towels. We do provide a linen hire service from us.
If you only require the linen service for a certain number of beds and not the entire property, please contact our booking team for a quote.
If you don't book the linen service, then you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. There are pillows, blankets and quilts with covers on the beds. BYO beach towels.

Standard check in is strictly from 3pm and check out is strictly at 10am. Please contact the office to enquire about an early check in time depending on the time of the year. If we take a back to back booking, which forces a same day turn around we will not be able to honour the earlier time. We can offer you a complimentary 1 hour extension of the check in or check out time as a gesture of goodwill, which would still depend on whether we are able to.
To hire linen is by email request at $35 per queen or double bed and $25 per single bed.
