Aquarius on Nelson's Beach Reserve is an exquisite contemporary design holiday property.
Aquarius offers a fabulous beachside position, (being 1.1km to the beach), luxury and style in a private and unique open plan living spaces. Featuring high ceilings throughout, 2 living spaces with 3 decks, including a rooftop deck to view the stars and glimpses of Jervis Bay. Aquarius offers a wonderful choice of relaxation and recreation options.
Upstairs there is a modern well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances and lots of bench space for cooking up fabulous holiday meals. Aquarius is ideal for couples and larger family groups as it will accommodate 12 people easily in its comfortable layout. The modern home design is fabulous but NOT suitable for small children under 4 years of age because of the stairs and the yard is not fenced.
The adjoining large dining and living area looks out to a wide covered rear deck flowing out overlooking the peaceful garden and Nelsons Beach Reserve. Allowing you space to entertain or just relax and enjoy the views over native bushland and glimpses of the pristine waters of Jervis Bay. You will savour the serenity and ambience of the landscaped Australian native garden and variety of birdlife.
Downstairs there is a spacious entertainment area and media room with a 3/4 sized pool table, the pool cues/balls are locked away in the linen cupboard and someone from Ray White willhave to come down and unlock it, the cost is $50. Also a piano to play some jazz or blues if one can tickle the ivories with a second dining table and a second lounge area.
Tastefully decorated and furnished throughout, you will instantly relax and enjoy the holiday feel of this peaceful getaway. Beach access is a 5 minute walk via a meandering track at the rear of the property to the stunning Nelsons Beach. Blenheim and Greenfields Beaches are a 10 minute walk along to the Reserve.

The Vincentia shopping centre is 5 minutes drive from the property with cafes, restaurants, bakeries, weekly markets, a supermarket, chemist, bottle shops, newsagency and speciality shops. The Vincentia Golf Club is also not far away which has a free courtesy bus.

Standard check in is strictly from 3pm and check out is strictly at 10am. Please contact the office to enquire about an early check in time depending on the time of the year. If we take a back to back booking, which forces a same day turn around we will not be able to honour the earlier time. We can offer you a complimentary 1 hour extension of the check in or check out time as a gesture of goodwill, which would still depend on whether we are able to.
