Spectacular is an amazing holiday home located in the popular Jervis Bay area of Vincentia.
This spectacular holiday home is located in the most convenient position being just across the road from our child friendly Collingwood Beach and just a short stroll up the road to the Vincentia shopping centre where you will find a supermarket, cafes, bakeries, bottle shops, restaurants and various specialty shops.
The house boasts of four large bedrooms, the main with an en-suite. Ducted air conditioning to both levels. There are three bathrooms including an outdoor sink to rinse off after a swim at the beach. Spectacular has three lounge living areas and very large fully equipped kitchen for guests convenience.In the family room there is a 2 seater and a 1 seater lounge with a CD player for guests to spread out and not feel cluttered.
At the back of the property there is an undercover entertaining area that is more than impressive, leading out to a fully fenced enclosed yard with a spacious grassed area for the children to play safely.

1. We enjoyed our stay at Spectacular! Very clean house with all facilities at hand. Comfortable beds, cosy ambience, lots of space. House still has that new house smell too. Great, large backyard for kids to run around. Convenient location next to shops and the beach.
2. The house was in good central location close to supermarket. Plenty of room and great outdoor area. Also 2 mins to the beach.
Come down 26th May to11th June to enjoy the SeeChange festival at Jervis Bay to view the range of arts and performers which is an important milestone of the history in our festival celebrating the culture, community and environment of Jervis Bay and Basin. There are more shops at the Vincentia market including Subway, Kebab take away, fish and chips, Aldi, Woolworths, chemist, medical centre and other shops.
*Long weekends are are a minimum of 3 nights

Interaction with guests:
Directions to property and Key/Access details will be emailed to the guest at 24 hours prior to arrival. During the stay, information can be found on our app or call the office.
If you only require the linen service for a certain number of beds and not the entire property, please contact the linen hire service.
If you don't book the linen service, then you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. There are pillows, blankets and quilts with covers on the beds. BYO beach towels.
This property is approved for accommodation only and STRICTLY no parties or loud music.
Out of peak season stays of a month or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
This property is NOT pet friendly.
This property will NOT consider bookings for "schoolies", you must inform us if you are a schoolies group as some of our properties will consider schoolies. If a schoolies type booking is discovered, then you willbe asked to leave, as a breach of the Terms & Conditions has been made and no monies will be discounted.
Our properties will also NOT allow tents or caravans on the property, you will be asked to leave, as a breach of the Terms & Conditions has been made and no monies will be discounted.
A bond is payable 2 days prior to the stay.

Standard check in is strictly from 3pm and check out is strictly at 10am. Please contact the office to enquire about an early check in time depending on the time of the year. If we take a back to back booking, which forces a same day turn around we will not be able to honour the earlier time. We can offer you a complimentary 1 hour extension of the check in or check out time as a gesture of goodwill, which would still depend on whether we are able to.
To hire linen is by email request at $35 per double or queen bed and $25 per single bed.
