Magnificent decks and flora combine to create numerous relaxed and charming spaces. In the evenings the automated garden lighting creates a private, intimate and truly magical ambiance.
The house has generously proportioned bedrooms, curved rooflines and a distinctive use of glass and light. It is beautifully furnished with quality items and an extremely well equipped kitchen including an espresso coffee machine and a selection of herbs, spices and teas.
Cook up a treat in the open plan galley kitchen and dine in one of the many inspired spaces. Retreat to the sunken lounge with polished timber floors & in the winter time guests may enjoy the cosy wood fire with your favourite drink.

Very comfortable property; well-equipped, spacious and quiet. Would strongly recommend as somewhere for a good break. Handy to local shops in Vincentia, and the beaches - we walked to all - but far enough away to feel secluded. We had no complaints and the office answered our initial queries, re operating the TV, quickly and efficiently. Overall, worth the expense.

From 26th May to 11th June come and enjoy the SeeChange festival at Jervis Bay to view the range of arts and performers which is an important milestone of the history in our festival celebrating the culture, community and environment of Jervis Bay and Basin.

If you only require the linen service for a certain number of beds and not the entire property, please contact our booking team for a quote.
If you don't book the linen service, then you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. There are pillows, blankets and quilts with covers on the beds. BYO beach towels.

This property will NOT consider bookings for "schoolies", you must inform us if you are a schoolies group as some of our properties will consider schoolies. If a schoolies type booking is discovered, then you willbe asked to leave, as a breach of the Terms & Conditions has been made and no monies will be discounted.

A bond is payable 2 days prior to the stay.

Standard check in is strictly from 3pm and check out is strictly at 10am. Please contact the office to enquire about an early check in time depending on the time of the year. If we take a back to back booking, which forces a same day turn around we will not be able to honour the earlier time. We can offer you a complimentary 1 hour extension of the check in or check out time as a gesture of goodwill, which would still depend on whether we are able to.
To hire linen is by email request at $35 per double bed and $25 per single bed.
The bond is $500
