The property has great views off the front deck for guests to enjoy the lovely summer breezes and has everything you need for a truly memorable coastal getaway!! Orion Escape in Vincentia is the perfect home for a family getaway.
Located across the road from popular Orion Beach, this home boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, separate lounge, dining areas and polished floor boards. The property has water views from the main bedroom, lounge room and also the front verandah. There is a ceiling fan in the back kitchen/dining area and alsoa fan for each bedroom, not only ceiling fans.
With lots to keep the family entertained, the property has a large TV, DVD player, stereo and an I-Pod dock. There is also a selection of games and CD's for your enjoyment.
Guests review: What a spectacular spot right on the beach we had our own little private piece of sand that we could all enjoy.. House was clean, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.
PLEASE NOTE: The yard is fenced, perfect for children or medium sized pets. Pets are only permitted outside and in the laundry which is part of the main house. Extra cleaning charges will apply if there is evidence that pets have been inside the house.
AIRBNB - Nick January 2019 -A spacious & well equipped home in a great location across from the beach! We had a lovely stay here, it was a great base to explore what Jervis Bay has to offer.
Please note - Garage is not for tenant use however there is plenty of off street driveway parking.

Interaction with guests:
Directions to property and Key/Access details will be emailed to the guest at 24 hours prior to arrival. During the stay, information can be found on our app or call the office. If you only require the linen service for a certain number of beds and not the entire property, please contact our booking team for a quote.
If you don't book the linen service, then you will need to bring your own sheets, pillow slipsand all towels. There are pillows, blankets and quilts with covers on the beds.BYO beach towels.

This property will NOT consider bookings for "schoolies", you must inform us if you are a schoolies group as some of our properties will consider schoolies. Standard check in is strictly from 3pm and check out is strictly at 10am. Please contact the office to enquire about an early check in time depending on the time of the year. If we take a back to back booking, which forces a same day turn around we will not be able to honour the earlier time. We can offer you a complimentary 1 hour extension of the check in or check out time as a gesture of goodwill, which would still depend on whether we are able to.
From 26th May - 11th June come and enjoy the SeeChange festival at Jervis Bay to view the range of arts and performers which is an important milestone of the history in our festival celebrating the culture, community and environment of Jervis Bay and Basin.
